Applications of BBa_K1611004
DEC205 surface displayed on yeast and fused to OVA1 showed significant activation of CD8+ OVA1 in melanoma mice transfected with B16-OVA cell line, in comparison with PBS injected.
DEC205 surface displayed on yeast proved significant up regulation of DC MHC I after 24h co-incubation, in comparison with wild type yeast.
DEC205 fused to OVA1 was succesfully surface displayed on yeast membrane, as proved immunofluorescent microscopy against HA epitope fused to DEC205.
